Support in Group Accounting & Group Controlling (m/f)

Your tasks:
- support of the departments Group Accounting, Corporate Controlling where necessary - especially for creation of public prescribed statistics by collecting data from ERP-system SAP based on prescribed manuals and adopting such file for changed/new requirements
- feeding of salary interface by uploading files to ERP-system SAP & Movex and doing technical checks by using Excel
- roll-forward of closing files for statutory and monthly closing by copy/paste in established Excel files
- knowing the financial background data, reconnect to updated other Excel files etc.
- retrieval of standard reports from reporting system Hyperion
- further activities connected to quarterly closing like setting up the community in Connect to collect the data etc.
Your qualifications
- Knowledge of annual closing activites and necessities, best would be from IFRS accounting environment of a parent company (i.g. of consolidation activities) including knowledge about footnotes
- English language for reading and writing fluent in accounting environment
- Enthusiasm to work thorugh existing and established systems to apply and adopt them
- Experienced knowledge of Excel (Pivot tables; formulas beyond the basic level like vlookup-function, sumif-function, if-function, text-function, iserror-function, all kind of text-functions like right, mid, len, logical-functions like and, or, not; using filter on mass data; linking of files; using formula detective)
- Knowledge of word (automatic table of content, bookmarks, referencing, all kind of formating paragraphs)
- Knowledge of power point (layouting a presentation, animation effects, visualizing processes)
- Knowledge of UK-GAAP
