Description

Our client, a leasing biotechnology company, with major projects and presence in Ireland, are seeking an IT Projects Administrator to support their ongoing investment in Irish Operations throughout various manufacturing sites.
  • The successful candidate will sit within a larger IT team providing support in a live operations environment and provide documentation/administrative support to new system integration.
  • Duties: Work on all IT Global Operations project administration activities, as assigned by IT Global Operations Portfolio Lead; create/update key project and portfolio level documentation, to include administration of status reporting, portfolio financial reporting, portfolio/project time tracking etc; administration of purchase orders, capital requests and timesheets setup and administration of key project processes through all stages of the project management life cycle and ensure all project data is reported accurately, on time and to a high quality standard and reporting of key Project and Portfolio metrics.
Skills Required
  • Strong Project/Portfolio Management Administration skills
  • Working in a PMO organisation
  • Strong technical writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to close items to completion.
  • Ability to work with a high level of detail and to a high standard.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Can-do attitude to work.
  • Strong prioritisation skills
  • Advanced level skills in the use of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
