Datacom Service Engineer
Technical Skill:
1. Professional at all protocols: IGP, BGP, MPLS, VPN
2. At least professional one of the below solution: IPRAN/IPCORE/MetroEthernet/IPv6/DC/Security
3. At least 5 years experience on IP network deployment, and at least 2 years solution design experience
4. Leading technical solution deployment more than 2 projects
5. HCNP/CCNP certification preferred
Communication Skills:
1. Communicate effectively and regularly up to the technical management level of customer and internal management level
2. Good English communication skill in both written and oral
Management Skills:
1. Lead medium size teams, assist the design effective solutions to meet customer's requirements, perform advance troubleshooting
2. Support staff development and Provide guidance to them
