The Visitors Team Member will work as part of the M&G Visitor Team to ensure an excellent first impression and high quality Visitor and M&G customer experience to an agreed standard.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • To work as part of and assist the M&G Visitors Team to perform to pre-agreed service standards and meet audit targets.
  • To create an excellent first impression of Prudential and M&G by ensuring immaculate self-appearance in accordance with the Uniform Standards, and demonstrating professionalism at all times.
  • Co-ordinate and support the delivery of business support services appropriate to M&G Visitor Team.
  • Log in visitors and issue security passes, using Condeco in accordance with the Governors House Security Procedures.
  • Actively manage the M&G Priority Meeting Rooms.
  • To actively assist with Event Management.
  • To provide flexible cover of shifts when required, in accordance with but not limited to, sickness/unplanned absence with the Team and out of hours support for Events.
  • To be trained as a site First Aider and Emergency Procedure Warden and act on behalf of M&G as required.
  • To attend and engage in training courses/procedure implementation both internally and externally when required in order to meet with current Business demands.

Essential

  • GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
  • High standard of personal presentation.
  • 1 year experience of working in a busy high profile reception and/or
  • 1 years Customer Service/service industry experience.
  • Service orientation - recognising and meeting customer's needs and being willing to try.
  • Teamwork and collaboration - working with others toward shared goals and building relationships.
  • Must be energetic and approachable to clients as well as being outgoing and positive in developing relationships.
  • Adaptability - flexibility in adapting to changing situations or obstacles - work smarter.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workload.
  • A thorough knowledge of MS Office and PowerPoint.
