Description
Position: Service Desk Consultant
Location: Budapest, Hungary
Duration: 3 - 6 months+
Number of Positions:
10 position for German Speakers
10 position for French Speakers
10 position for Dutch Speakers
Skills Required:
- Good typing skills (50 words per minute)
- Strong experience in Call Center/Help Desk environment OR Education at bachelor level
- Good understanding of Microsoft Operating Systems (Control Panel, Command Prompt, Network and Sharing Center, Internet Explorer)
- Good understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Should be fluent in EITHER one of these languages: German OR French OR Dutch
