Description
We're looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager with specific knowledge and experience in both Bidding for and Project Managing large Water Network Rehabilitation programmes. The ideal candidate will have the following core skills
Skills and Experience
- 5 + years Construction Project Management experience in the Water Industry
- Bid Preparation and submission experience
- Proven track record of Project Management on major water rehabilitation projects with the ability to understand, manage and deliver KPI' s
- Experience in Water network rehabilitation design all methods of refurbishment.
- Strong Commercial nous & awareness and the ability to contribute to Bids to ensure a positive bottom line
- Ability to lead, motivate and manage a large diverse team
- Project Management Certification
- Excellent literacy, numeric and IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Commercially focused and aware with a full, clean driving licence
