Senior Project and Change Manager (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Represent IT together with the IT Site Head in the overall construction project
- Engage and manage key stakeholders
- Project Management for all IT related topics following Project Management methodology
- Organizational Change Management following the Change Management principles
- Design and implement the occupancy plan for home for IT
- Effectively lead and facilitate project meetings and proactively control project scope, risks and issues
- Provide timely executive level communications and status roll-ups to all stakeholders incl. Senior Management
Your qualifications
- Profound work experience as a successful IT Project Manager and Change Manager
- Strong know-how in applying structured Project Management and Organizational Change Management frameworks (certification desired)
- Demonstrated competency in leading people through changes
- Ability to see the interrelationship of a project across "the big picture" and understand its dependency on other projects, project streams and IT services and solutions
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in both English and German
- Self-drive and motivation with excellent ability to establish networks across the organization
- Ability to work autonomously
