Description
SAP PMO Project Coordinator required for initial 4 month contract in Singapore. Contract is available to start immediately through to end of January 2017. Strong preference for candidates already based in Singapore.
Roles and responsibility
1. Plan, organize and track key aspects of cross-stream topics including costs, schedules, resources and deliverables,
2. Oversee and enforce IT policies, guidelines and standards and project tool usage
3. Coordinate both IT and business resources to ensure status reporting and project delivery
4. Establish criteria and metrics for reporting of status, issues, risk, performance and financial health to Business and IT leadership
5. Establish and integrate PMO measures, metrics, thresholds, and targets to drive performance and weekly reporting
6. Work with all stream leads to consolidate weekly status for joint PMO meeting
7. Participate and collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to formulate steering committee presentations
including deck collation, deck preparations
8. Conduct daily scrum meetings for assigned streams and work with leads to ensure impediments are resolved in time
9. Ensure overall delivery scope is tracked correctly in JIRA
10. Create JIRA dashboards, queries and overall governance for Epics and tasks in JIRA
11. Prepare weekly status report dashboard by working with all the leads
Requirements
1. At least 10 years' of relevant experience in PMO function
2. Experience in project management and systems development methodologies
3. Experience with Agile and Scrum for at least 1 full project life cycle
4. Ability to analyze complex issues and recommend effective actions
5. Excellent communication skills across all levels. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence different
