Description
1.Be familiar with the project management method. Be familiar with large-scale, integrated communication construction project procedures and quality management method, etc.
2.Be familiar with optical access network, with knowledge and experience of fiber deployment.
3.Be familiar with the Belgium local FTTx regulation and process
4.Be familiar with optical access network site acquisition, engineering design standards and specifications, relevant products and elements knowledge, and various planning & design tools.
5.With common knowledge of relevant laws, business, finance, and bidding project experience.
