Job Description
An opportunity has been created within NATO for an ITSM Systems Design specialist to be responsible for the daily management of ITSM.
You'll be responsible for ITSM development, support and maintenance for incident management, change & release management, request fulfillment, service level management and asset life cycle.
Key Skills & Experience:
- ITIL Service Management
- ITSM toolset system knowledge
- Strong communication and English language skills
- NATO Secret clearance, or ability to acquire clearance
