URGENT- Sales Manager- 6 Month TEMP - LONDON BASED

Job title: Nest Pro Elite Inside Sales Contract

Duration: 6 months

Must have: Salesforce experience.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development: Supporting the Commercial Channel Managers in the management and development of accounts. In agreement with HVAC & ELEC set-up cadence for commercial interactions, can be developed around a 6 week call plan or other as required by the business to maintain and develop commercial relationships

Key activities and duties by account will be:
- to build a database of contacts by partners
- understand stock holding, run rates and order replenishment
- ensuring that branches have required collaterals available in branch
- assist in the organisation of training and sales events within branches
- identifying and feeding through to Commercial Manager opportunities
- support for regional partners as required KPI Increasing sales run rates with branches.

Programme Development: Help create the Nest Pro Elite programme in conjunction with the Sales and Marketing Teams. The role will be pivotal in the day to day interaction with the NPE and the development of the programme within Nest

The NPE inside sales manager will work with the Pro sales and marketing teams to:

Run all analytics for the programme: Measure and monitor engagement, installations, sales. Fulfilment and Self Generated installations in order to understand value of Nest to NPE and vice versa Referrals (response rate, time, quality) Ratings & reviews including delivering feedback to NPE on performance on a regular basis. Create and maintain a Nest Pro Elite database, capturing key information and interactions.

Marketing development: Work with the Pro Channel Marketing Manager to develop pitch tools and templates for Commercial Managers to use. Deliver tools and templates to help drive sales of Nest products Communicate and implement channel marketing programmes and propositions for NPE's to deploy with customers

Events and training opportunities: Attend quarterly recruitment events for Nest Pro Elites, hosted by Commercial Managers Liaising and booking with training for sales training and cross selling techniques Be POC for feedback and aggregate and sensitise feedback and share with team as appropriate. Continued programme development: Identify, target and recruit new potential NPEs. Onboard new NEPs KPI's Growth ($) with existing NPE MoM and grow the in-house share of Nest products into each NPE (Share of thermostat sales) Product activation # and growth per NPE Identify new NPE and develop them to join the programme # target per quarter
