Duration: 6 months
Main responsibilities:
Counseling, design and setup within SAP, to optimize, support and facilitate processes and solutions within one or more of the following areas; procurement, retail, sales & logistics.
Cooperation:
Cooperates primarily with colleagues in the SAP department, but also with super users and process owners from Logistics, Business Applications and Finance. Furthermore with the other IT functions.
Areas of responsibility:
-Solution design, setup, test and implementation within SAP ERP (SD and/or MM and/or LES and/or Retail) and/or SAP EWM including integration to related third party tools like eg WAMAS (WMS), Online Sales Solutions, Consignor etc.
-UX Solution design (mock ups) for FIORI and/or for Screen Personas
-Definition and description of business processes, solutions and functional design specifications in SAP Solution Manager
-Ongoing evaluation/analysis and implementation of SAP Business Functions
-Ongoing and concurrent documentation of solutions in Solution Manager
-Definition of and setup of related monitoring in Business Process Monitoring
-Counseling, education and 3rd level support to super users in the
-Participation in- or management of projects related to SAP.
-Continuous development of qualifications
-SAP Helpdesk
Qualifications:
-A degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Science, Business Economics or similar
-Solid understanding of SAP ERP landscape. SAP HANA experience is an advantage
-Experience with working in an international organization is an advantage
