An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced global SAP change manager to join a leading, global organisation at one of their offices in Houston, Texas. As the SAP Change Manager will develop and oversee execution of the change management strategy and project plan.
The ideal candidate will have an extensive background of leading change management for SAP (10+ years' experience preferred), with specific expertise in each of the following areas.
- Executive Alignment
- Global Template Role Development
- Alignment with security role
- End User Mapping Strategy
- Process, Role, and Business Impact Education
- Formal Super User Program
- Business Impact Mapping and Action Planning
- Change Readiness Assessments and Activities
