Sponsorship Officer - Business Development - London Borough Council - Contract
My client, a London Borough Council, are looking for an experienced sponsorship officer to join their team on a contract basis.
An experienced, proactive and self motivated Sponsorship Officer is required to support and lead the Council's new corporate sponsorship strategy. You will be required to assist with the research, development and delivery of corporate sponsorship across the council; cold call companies, book appointments and prepare the sponsorship presentation pitch. You will be required to actively follow up meetings and close deals by sending 'Heads of Terms' and contracts. You will need to ensure the Council delivers its promise on the quality of the event/project being sponsored, logo delivery and internal as well as external comms and generally support the Business Development & Commercial Innovation team.
