Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop sub analysis design and work on preparing the functional specifications for the statutory reporting and FINREP web forms
- Work closely with the technical build team to ensure that the business requirements are appropriately translated into the web form design
- Perform system integration testing and provide support for UAT
- Perform regression testing and supervise the dry run and ensure a smooth go-live
- Provide end user support, create and maintain the guidance documents
- Work closely with the Change and technical team on the reference data systems build
- Support migration, cutover and conversion activities
- Prepare end user training material for HFM
- Support testing activities pre Go Live
- Liaise effectively with the Change, line and tech teams to ensure successful delivery of work packages
Skills Required:
- Expert knowledge of HFM including FDMEE and Essbase reporting
- Advanced Excel & good Visual Basic skills
- Must work well in a team
- Accounting knowledge (IFRS) a definite advantage
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to identify all options and make a recommendation on the best option for a particular situation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to take ownership and responsibility, proactively managing work through to completion, in line with deadlines
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Strong control and governance awareness
Preferred
- Experience with Agile project methodology and prior project experience in financial or regulatory reporting desirable
