Description
* End-to-end responsible for taking all appropriate operational actions from customer solution definition to move to production.
* Translate product/engineering design requirements into operational requirements guaranteeing that the product is compliant with operational procedures.
* Conducts the implementation of the technical solutions (in collaboration with the operational team if needed).
* Be the E2E Operational SPOC for every service assurance related issues. Ensure Level 3 support. Based on analysis of operational problems, ensures feed-back loop to for engineering and product marketing.
* Leads medium to large size technical implementation projects (new customers/upgrades) and coordinates (and coaches if necessary) a core team (integrators/customer project manager ) for the solution or evolution implementation.
* Contributes to recommendations for the future considering the technical evolutions on the market in close collaboration with the engineering.
* Contributes to the definition in collaboration with the engineering, the technical part of the contract (Scope of Work, Project Management Plan, and Professional Services).
* Supports purchasing department and contributes to analyses the requests for proposals (supplier selection).
* Generates methods, procedure and technical documents regarding customer technical solution and evolution (architecture, impact analysis).
