Responsibilities:
- Communicate with high-level customers such as CXO, technical director and so on to identify their pain points and analyses future development strategies;
- Keep up with industry analysts and make a judgment on future trends. Have a deep insight into the situation from multiple divisions including industry trends, analysis of customers, market and competition, dig out potential opportunities;
- Be an outstanding speaker in summits or forums. Talk to the world about industry trends and our client’s FBB strategies.
- Lead a team to manage opportunities of a specific solution. Conduct market segment, make sales strategies, and expose the solution to market to complete TOP objectives and order issues.
- Organize fixed network products marketing campaign aiming at a specific region or a client. Cover this job with or without a team, carry out slides from draft to the finished edition and dig out opportunities at the same time.
- Cooperate with R&D departments to enhance competitiveness of the solution.
- Plan and implement market campaign on a specific field of fixed network (transmission, IP, access).
- Organize a summit or forum, enhance brand image of our client, and dig out market leads… All these tasks and a team are waiting for their conductor.
- Develop marketing and sales materials independently or with a team.
Qualifications:
- More than 15 years' relevant working experiences in telecommunication industry. Be well acquainted with network architecture of operators, development strategies of the industry and future trends. Have a keen sensitivity on the market and have strong analysis ability.
- Have deep understanding of the trend in fixed network field and very knowledgeable about fixed network (Transmission/WDM/IP/Access) telecom products.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English.
- Sophisticated communicating experience with CXO/director-level clients or preaching experience in large technical conference.
- Be experienced in marketing and advertisement planning of the ICT industry.
- Able to travel around the world (50%)
