The Quality Assurance Auditor is an important role to the Annuities Customer Service area with the objective to ensure the quality of communication and information delivered to our customers. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our controls around delivery are robust and effective and allow us to measure our performance through quality audit of process and output. You will be integral in the exciting challenge of shaping both the role and function.
They will require excellent knowledge and experience in some of these areas:
- Experience of working within administrative environments
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in performing Root Cause Analysis
- Ability to give constructive feedback both verbally and in writing
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of financial services regulatory and legislative frameworks
