Your tasks:
- Budget controlling of IT project and contract spend
- Invoice control and management of vendor contracts for renewals and changes
- Regular forecasting (planning and implementation) for external IT spend
Your qualifications
- Experience in IT contract management and budget controlling of IT spend
- Accomplished on analytical work with key figures and data
- Deep knowledge of MS Excel, administration of tables, analysis and comparison of data
- Extended working experience with SAP CO/FI/MM
- Extended working experience with MS PowerPoint and MS Word; experience with MS Access is preferable
- Fluent in English
