Contact Centre Software Trainer - Salesforce Service Cloud - Live Agent

A Contact Centre Software Trainer - Salesforce Service Cloud - Live Agent is required to join a Financial Services client and deliver Salesforce Live Agent training to their Contact Centre team across 4 locations.

The ideal Contact Centre Software Trainer will have previous experience delivering Salesforce - Live Agent training to call/contact centres, creating instructor presentations, user manuals, exercise and reference guides etc.

Required experience:

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM201)
  • Live Agent Experience
  • End User Training
  • Contact Center Software Experience (Live Agent, LiveOps etc)
