My Client a global technology company are looking for a retail program manager

Role Purpose
The Retail program manager, is a key member of the EMEA Consumer Sales team who will have a specific focus on managing the day to day Field program and operational functions. They will be reporting into the EMEA Consumer Sales Excellence manager, who in turn reports into the EMEA Sales Director. You will need to maximise the use of resources, reporting tools and processes to provide structured and timely support to the Consumer Sales Community, whilst constantly driving compliance, timely landing of programs, commercial initiatives as well as holding the Regional Operating Centre accountable for their services.

The role will ensure this vision is driven across all aspects of the Sales channel - driving operational excellence internally and with a strong understanding of the field impact. It is a vital role to ensure we realise this vision.
The role will require cross group collaboration and an element of coaching to deliver World Class Selling capabilities across the Retail Sales team.

Key Accountabilities

1.Lead account reconciliation with Regional Finance and with European Operations Centre

2.Compliance management in respect to partner activities in close collaboration with Local/Regional Sales Leads as Regional Category Mgmt.

3.Managing returns allowance model, goodwill in collaboration with EOC, Regional Sales management & Regional category management

4.Contract management & Tracking monitoring partnering with ROC, CCG Biz desk and field - needs to be very resilient and collaborative approach

5.Inventory management across categories in partnership with Regional Operating Centre and sales

6.Leading and landing rebate frameworks with partners across all categories with the field - need to lead and understand timelines as well as partner impact and focus areas

7.Ensures compliance with Rebate Programs, managing with European Operations Centre partner agreements, reporting compliance and override process

8.Manages Scorecard and communicates reporting on rebate payments and special deal payments - timing of thereof and holding ROC accountable for timelines and compliance of the SLA

9.Supports Supply Chain management, supporting field forecasting processes, sub allocations, MORF Rhythm (Marketing, Operations, and Retail Planning), Product Launch and Reporting. Ensuring all key stakeholders and Field involved and informed.

10.Manages in conjunction with EOC the Contracts within EMEA region working closely with LCA and Field Sales Excellence and Account Teams to ensure the right partners have the right contracts. Leads renewal rhythm and ensures compliance.

11.Maintains Field resource guides for Rebates and Contracts ensuring effective updates and communication.

Essential Experience

*Analytical Skills - ability to work with data to form insight. Excellent Excel skills a must.
* Commercial and corporate experience from field as well as an Operation centre eg EOC, APOC, ROC or equivalent
*Strong planning and organizational experience
* Strong problem solving skills as well as proactive communication style
*Attention to detail and analysis
*Must have a great deal of energy, enthusiasm, and passion for technology.

Qualifications
* Preferred: MBA, or Bachelor's Degree (Business or related studies) or equivalent
