Description
The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Business Analyst (BA) takes ownership of key aspects of RPA that include supporting the business in opportunity identification, preparation and development of business requirements document, user acceptance testing and support.
Following industry best practices, this role will be accountable for:
- Working closely with the Tech team in an agile environment
- Working with Product analyzes processes, and identifies RPA opportunities
- Facilitating the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders.
- Identifying the current- and future-state business processes.
- Helping the business stakeholders envision the future and how their work will need to change to support the future.
- Creating, analysing, and validating detailed functional specifications.
- Facilitating design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution.
- Delivering elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, or other detailed deliverables.
- Recommends RPA approach/strategy
- Assists Project Manager to ensure smooth delivery of the RPA solution
- Provides continuous advice to RPA developers and Project Manager during project delivery
- Drives Change Management for Requirements and Configuration Changes during and after delivery.
