eTOM certified Business Analyst, BSS, exp of process definitions that have applied eTOM and setting up/facilitating eTOM workshops. eTOM business process framework. BSS eTOM, business analyst/concept creator and problem solver with end-to-end ( BSS ) business support solutions delivery; from business problem identification to research and from D2D. Other team members you will be working alongside include; Enterprise Architects, Project Managers, UX Designers, Software Architects, Programmers and QA Specialists. As a customer-focused project, your job is all about listening, eliciting, researching, creating and communicating. Working knowledge and experience of eTOM framework.
Skills/Responsibilities include:
- Stakeholder Management.
- Mentoring and knowledge sharing of Junior members of staff.
- leading the entire life cycle of business support systems - from business problem identification to research and from design to delivery.
- strategic and system thinking.
- Telco/CSP business domain knowledge.
- Fluent English, other languages are an advantage eg Spanish.
With the customer solution in mind, your job is all about listening, eliciting, researching, creating and communicating. Your goal will be to make sure that solution requirements balance expectations from both the business and IT perspectives.
