Service Manager (L2) (ITIL) Key Skills
- Solid experience as a manager
- Deep ITIL knowledge
- People can train in ITIL - experience as a trainer
- Proven ITIL implementation experience
- Very good coach
- Strong experience in supplier management (operational) (also an ITIL process)
- People manager
- Must be Fluent in Dutch (reading and writing included)
