One of my Market leading clients in The Netherlands is urgently seeking a Service Manager (L2) (ITIL) for a long term contract paying excellent rate!

Service Manager (L2) (ITIL) Key Skills

  • Solid experience as a manager
  • Deep ITIL knowledge
  • People can train in ITIL - experience as a trainer
  • Proven ITIL implementation experience
  • Very good coach
  • Strong experience in supplier management (operational) (also an ITIL process)
  • People manager
  • Must be Fluent in Dutch (reading and writing included)
