Job Description
Role Summary/Purpose
- Responsible for working closely with marketing to develop, drive Ad and Promotion strategies for global and/or region marketingprograms leveraging advertising, exhibits, collateral/sales tools production and digital communications platforms. Coordinate with Experts and Shared Services to deliver on marketing objectives by developing & executing programs.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Coordinate strategic Ad & Promo plans supporting global Education service business.
- Identifying proper Expert and Shared Service resources to leverage
- Providing Expert and/or Shared Services teams with access to needed content
- Acting as gatekeeper-determining when Market Services/Shared Service materials are ready for review
- Ensuring compliance of all Ad & Promo materials
- Evaluating programs and reporting program performance to marketing
- Sharing lessons learned across the team using established global processes
- Working with marketing leaders to establish and manage S2 Ad & Promo Budget
- Evaluating processes and strategies continually to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of programs and tools designed for both the market and sales force
- Liaise with Communications team globally (PR & Org Comm)
- Ensuring adherence to corporate branding and guidelines into A&P programs
- Integrating corporate directives and initiatives into A&P programs
- Ensuring consistency of approach and integration of best practices to help meet marketing objectives globally
- Working with marketing and/or A&P colleagues to assist in the execution of cross business/functional initiatives
- Direct the creation, design, content, and production of collateral and promotional materials.
- Manage multiple marketing projects on an ongoing basis, interfacing with vendors, clientemployees, and other contract employees.
- Design and Execute surveys to collect Voice of Customer data
- Handle the distribution and fulfillment of marketing communications projects
- Leveraging new channels or techniques and identifying unique, attention getting strategies to meet objectives
- Creating a knowledge database to develop repository of key learnings
Desired Characteristics
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in Marketing
- 5+ year experience in marketing, advertising or a related field
- 3 years in Healthcare field - knowledge of education would be added advantage
- Communications/campaign project management
