The Role - Designer
We're looking for an exceptional designer with experience to work within the Innovation programme within New Business Development. This role will be focused on creating the visual direction of products/communications/events that we run.
Whilst specific responsibilities will be dependent upon the changing and growing needs of the programme, you will be predominantly be working within brand guidelines to produce materials that bring the Innovation work to life. Creative will be needed across web, communications, promotional materials for events, and templates for materials used in workshops.
Key Skills and Experience
You'll need to have demonstrated experience of:
- Strong experience in design (2 years +) at university, agency or in-house
- A portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience
- High Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photo shop and/or other visual design tools.
- A deep understanding of visual design and communication. Sketch to form and communicate your ideas to the wider project team ie fellow designers, product managers and other stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
Personal
- Flexibility, ability to plan and organise, responsiveness, creativity, self-starter
- Able to build solid working relationships with peers and wider teams
