Description
WA Consultants require a mechanical design engineer to update and complete a mechanical design to allow B-models to be built.
This will require collaboration with electronics, PCB, supply chain and production teams.
Experience with DFM & DFA.
Prepare drawing pack for the enclosure to be manufactured.
Essential Skills/Experience
Analyse requirements, produce concept & detailed designs on complex machined, injection moulded & sheet metal parts.
Proficient in the use of PTC Creo2, Windchill 10.2, Microsoft Office and Outlook
Experienced in generating design drawings to BS888 standard, configuration control standards and ensure clear communication of key data.
Tolerance analysis of close tolerance parts and complex assemblies
