SAP Test Manager
We are seeking a Senior Test Manager with 10+ years of experience in the software industry. The Test Manager should specialise in Test Governance, Test Consulting, Test Optimization, Delivery management, Quality Assurance solutions, Process Improvements & Best Practices as well as SAP.
The ideal candidate for this role, should have the following skill set;
- Extensive experience testing SAP systems with integrated applications.
- Exposure in conducting QA Assessments and recommending Roadmap for QA Maturity using Test Maturity Model Integration (TMMi) standards for SAP Projects and Implementations.
- Metrics Reporting: Defined, monitored & reported SLAs, & KPIs to Senior executives.
- Customer/Quality Focus: Receptiveness to the client and assigned highest priority to customer satisfaction including internal stakeholders.
- Been a team player and worked on team empowerment by selecting talented/right candidates, providing coaching and feedback to develop team members.
- Emphasis given on building knowledge repository for all important aspects of the projects.
- Communication skills: Ensured open, candid, clear, complete, and consistent communication across all stakeholders. Uses facts and rational arguments to influence and persuade the team.
- Sound knowledge of QMS (quality) processes based on Waterfall, Iterative, & Agile methodologies.
- Experiences in Tools like HP Mercury Quality Center v10.0, JIRA, QTP v8.2 (Quick Test Professional), TestComplete, SOAP UI, Cucumber, SpecFlow, RedMine and ClearQuest.
- Fluent Business level English
- Eligibility to work in Denmark (EU passport/work permit)
