About the Finance Analyst
You will be providing assistance in the migration of the finance function on to the central accounting system. To assist with day to day running of the finance function which can be invoice processes to bank reconciliations.
Primary roles:
* Moving accounts package from Quickbooks to PeopleSoft
* Accurals System design
* Various accounting investigation
* Margin reporting
* Reconcilition of balance sheet accounts
Assistance in the following
* Coding invoices
* Bank reconciliation
* Year-end preparation
* Month end calculation
Responsibilities of the Finance Analyst:
* Ideally Fully/Part qualified, with at least 2 years work experience
* Strong communication skills, both written and oral
* Systems migration experience
* Logical, commercially astute approach to solving business problems
* PeopleSoft or Quickbooks experience or any other similar finance systems would be a bonus
