KPMG is working with a Banking client to help transform their business and their market brand.
The bank has a set of customer communications that need to be rewritten to be brought into line with the new Bank's values and tone of voice
Based in the Brand & Marketing team, the successful candidate will be lead a team to deliver a new branding campaign: rewriting documents and liaising with stakeholders in the business to get them approved and signed off.

Suitable candidates will have experience in direct marketing and be used to working at pace in financial services or other regulated industries
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and deliver customer communications based on an agreed customer experience, considering the wider business and regulatory context
- Leading a team focused on creating and delivering specific communications to deadlines
- Engaging stakeholders of all levels in order to agree and sign off marketing deliverables and priorities.
- Positively influencing others by demonstrating the Client's vision and values
