Description
*IT Support contact point for O2I
*Analyze new business processes and changes to existing functionalities, translating user requirements into functional and technical design specifications.
*Coordinates user acceptance testing and/or assist unit testers.
*Writes, records user stories and clarifies story points.
*Able to capture business requirements and illustrates specifications in an appropriate formatting
*Understanding of business processes and data within and across functional areas.
*Fluent in English (Written and spoken).
*Test tools experience: eg HP ALM
*Strong knowledge of Order to Invoice process in particular and Supply Chain processes in general.
*SD/MM SAP Knowledge with more than 5 years experience
*SAP-MDG
*Project experience
*Knowledge of industry and business processes and its best practices.
*Knowledge of enterprise architecture, SDLC and development methodologies.
*Knowledge of all IT functions and services with technical expertise in one or more areas.
