Description

Senior Business Analyst, Sanctions Compliance, Financial Crime 6 month contract in Stockholm.

As a Senior Business Analyst you are responsible for identifying, analysing, documenting and getting sign-off on business requirements, business impact and related business and delivery risks.

You will contribute to, or drive, end-to-end process design and implementation in the receiving organisation.

You will contribute to quality assurance, test and validation of deliveries, ensuring that these are meeting the requirements.

The qualifications you need:

* As a Senior Business Analyst you have multiple years' experience from business change projects in AML/CTF programmes.
* You have worked in banking or at other financial institutions and have a working knowledge about payment systems and formats, eg, SEPA, SWIFT. Experience in Financial Anti-Crime/Sanctions solutions
* You are analytic and have an eye for connecting big picture with important details. You are a great facilitator, both in workshop formats and in stakeholder dialogues aiming for decisions.
* You are structured and based on best-practice methodologies for business and IT change and specifically in business and requirements analysis. You cover a good sample set of change and analysis methods, techniques and notations and have valid certifications.
* You can drive initiatives yourself from early scope to validated end-results, in close cooperation and agreement with stakeholders.
* You regard set hard-deadline as a motivator and you will do what it takes to deliver within this.
* You are strong in communication, stakeholder management and are fluent in verbal and written English.

Other competencies we are searching for:

As a Senior Business Analyst you will have a key role acting as the bridge between business and IT stakeholders, defining business requirements, securing implementation and testing of the functionality in our Financial Anti-crime Platform system. You will describe and document, in collaboration with stakeholders, both functional and non-functional requirements with sufficient quality and coverage in order to ensure stable and robust deliveries which meet business requirements.

You are an experienced user of Requirements methods such as Use Case analysis, or Agile methods such as Product Backlogs and Epic/User Story/Business Rule definition. You are familiar with requirements repositories such as Jira.

You have a good knowledge of the Development Lifecycle. Your skills in using MS Office programs such as Excel are at an excellent level.

Location: Stockholm, but travel in the Nordics required

Duration: 6 months
