Position: Corporate Business Analyst
Location: Akron, OH
Duration: 13 months
Job Description:
- Assist management and coworkers, following well-defined practices and procedures. Conduct business-specific research, gather data, and compile reports and summaries.
- Experience in organizational change management and rollout of projects which will include managing schedule of events, working with internal departments to development communication materials, training plans and assisting in program rollout.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in: Business, Finance, Marketing, HR or related discipline required with a minimum of 2-7 years professional work experience.
- Strong organizational skills and project management skills with experience in working on enterprise wide initiatives/large scale projects. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Word.
- Experience with SAP modules to support purchase requisition and invoicing process. Demonstrate a questioning attitude to learn, produce results, and develop relationships. Knowledge of basic research techniques. Display analytical abilities, including problem solving and decision making (based on proficiency level above).
- Deliver quality, accurate work within established deadlines (based on proficiency level above). Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate strong time management skills.
