Release Project manager - Contract Limerick 6- 12 Months.
My client a leading global name is in urgent need of a talented and experience Release Project Manager to join their group on a contract basis for 6-12 months.
Candidates will plan and drive on time and quality Release delivery of the approved SFDC roadmap, including but not limited to:
- IT readiness
- Release Scope management
- Release status & escalation
- Support weekend deployments, checkpoint calls and Go/No Go
- Manage communication and Training plans E2E (pre & post launch). You will work with Product Owners to determine communication strategy and needs for targeted user stories. You will produce communication material and share with Sales & Marketing stakeholders globally
- Engage with L&D for the design of required training's, monitor progress and on time completion. You will create quarterly Email communications to CRM users. You will engage with Global Translation team for Email translations. You will manage Translation annual budget and Ariba Purchase Orders. It will be expected that you provide CRM Support Team readiness post Go Live. You will also manage Production Environment Validation completion and reporting. Candidates will be expected to host weekly SFDC Release Core Team meetings and also define and monitor Release metrics and KPIs.
Successful candidates will have a minimum of 8 years of commercial experience in Project management and at least 1 of those years of Agile experience. Candidates will have knowledge in Sales and Marketing space. Experience with SFDC (sales force dot com) application preferred. You will have the ability to work in a global, multi-cultural environment and be organised and be able to work with various cross-functional teams. my client will consider Dublin as a location for the right candidate although their preference is Limerick.
