Manager Data Centre & Network Engineering
For one of our global clients we are looking for a Data Centre Engineering Manager. You will be responsible for engineering reliable data centre and distributed network solutions within the EU region. Your key objective is to manage the creation & improvement of data centre and distributed network services and service levels, in line with rules & regulations, to meet organizational needs & expectations, and achieve standardization & cost optimization. This is a long-term contract opportunity.
Key responsibilities
- Design, engineer and create implementation strategies for data centre and distributed networking products and services within the EU region.
- Third-line support for data centre and distributed networking services Produce design and operational documentation to a high standard.
- Promote and develop automation.
- Design and engineer data centre solutions to house the combined NL and international infrastructure.
- Design and engineer a datacenter- and distributed network solution together with the global engineering department.
Your profile
Educated to master degree level, preferably IT related with:
- Multiple years' experience in a similar sized complex infrastructure environment.
- A leadership profile with a strong emphasis on transformation management.
