Genesys Engineer (Routing)
Genesys Engineer (Routing) is required for a long term implementation in Copenhagen and Stockholm. The client will implement Genesys IVR, voice, email and other channels as part of the new platform and needs a Genesys Engineer (Routing) with experience in writing routing applications in Composer for these areas.
The Genesys Engineer (Routing) will need to be able to take on a lead consultant role leading the delivery from a technical point of view for these modules and to be part of a team of other professionals doing the IVR and Routing, Reporting, Integrations and other modules.
This will be a long, complex and lucrative assignment.
