eCRM Euro are looking for a Dutch Speaking CRM Administrator for a part time position based in Utrecht. We expect you to work 20 hours a week maximum. This is a 12-month contract but can be extended for up to 3 years.
In this job you would be responsible for
Data management/Content Management
- Enter, Check and enrich data
- Establish and perform data cleanup actions
Use Management
- Provide Support
- Handle Messages
- Assign users right
- Maintanence of master data
Functionality Management
- Maintain functionality
- Draft and advise on functional specifications
- Produce test plans and executre tests
- Management and maintenance of the information systems documentiation
Change Management
- Analysis of needs and to translate functionalities aimed at making the most of the CRM system
- Manage and administer change requests
We believe you would need the following skills for this project
Dutch Fluency
HBO working and thinking
Minimum 5 years relevant work experience (of which at least 3 years CRM systems in general)
General knowledge of the RIVM business processes and systems
Experience in coordination of development and maintenance activities
Knowledge of and experience with BiSL, ASL and ITIL
Knowledge of and experience with project work, preferably in possession
Certificate II or Prince IPMA.
Knowledge of and experience with testing and testing methodologies like TMap.
Stress Tolerance continue to perform effectively under time pressure, in adversity, disappointment or opposition.
Thereby calm and in proportion to the importance of reacting the case.
Customer To determine the needs of the customer and show them to think and act from that perspective.
