Your tasks:
- Coordinate, support and monitor the timely and accurate delivery and publication of monthly Fund Factsheets and Fund information for Cross Border and German domestic fund ranges
- Coordinate, support and monitor the timely and accurate publication of legally required documents such as Key Investor Information documents (KIIDs) and fund prospectuses to websites and other media channels
- Support local Marketing teams in other countries in the publication of local document versions and the timely update of local websites.
- Represent Marketing in projects and regular meetings, and deliver on the action points taken away from the respective sessions.
- Support the Product Marketing team with their regular and ad hoc product- related Marketing literature.
Your qualifications
- relevant experience in the financial services industry, preferably with an asset management firm
- Experience in managing information, data processes and web content
- Strong understanding of funds, asset classes, and investments in general
- Fluent in English, additional languages a plus
- Be able to work with all levels within the organization and across departments, both on a local and international level
