For our customer we are looking for a Environment Coordinator.
Purpose of the role:
- To ensure together with Release Deliver Manager that
o different new/upgraded development and test environments will be developed and delivered in a timely manner for the programme and other receiving organizations
o everybody in the Environment Management team knows exactly what to do and when in case of release will be going live into production
o handovers of all deliverables to the receiving organizations are also carried out successfully
Responsibilities:
- Acts as a on behalf and as a deputy for Release Delivery Manager in various project management tasks including planning, executing and follow-up/reporting activities
Requirements:
- Previous experience from managing successfully complex IT development projects. Preferably projects from financial/banking industry and/or infrastructure projects.
- Ability to make and understand high level plans as well as understand technical details/technical background preferable to be able to co-operate fluently with technical architects and infrastructure expects
- Ability to make clear/visual/easily understandable plans, presentations, and status reports
- Good interpersonal skills, able to use own initiative and work under pressure in a big multi-country programme
- Fluent English skills (written and spoken)
- Fluent skills in MS Office tools. Previous experience from issue tracking tools like JIRA is a plus.
- Travelling is needed from time to time
