One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a Successfactors LMS Consultant (Learning Management System).

Please note that this role can be done remotely (from home) with occasional trips to Luxembourg required.

Job description summary Activities:

Implementation of SuccessFactors LMS module

1) lead workshops

2) configure LMS

Responsibilities The LMS Module support all training processes including the trainings booking administration and the possibility for employees to search for trainings and conducting e-learnings. If the customer epb has subscriptions for SF icontent platform, e-learnings can be stored in SF. Integrations with E-learning tools and trainings are possible when SCORM compliant and standard available in SuccessFactors.

a) Functionalities

the client shall configure the standard LMS functionalities under the following key principles:

§ One global, multi-day workshop to create the SuccessFactors configuration workbook. This will serve as the basis for the first iteration for all countries. Country-specific needs will have to be indicated during this Global Workshop.

§ the client shall organize upfront a training for the participants of the Global Workshop, in order to allow a good understanding of the Module.

§ Integration/interfacing for user data, competency catalog, organizational structure is set up via SuccessFactors standard connectors between the Methodology and LMS.

§ Due to the fact that the customer epb is already using SuccessFactors, already took part in SuccessFactors projects and because we understood the customer epb aims for one standard process that can be used for all, we will apply a 2 iterations approach to optimize the solution as much as possible to the customer epb requirements.

b) Scope of the LMS implementation: key assumptions.

§ General - LMS functionality

o Scope of Project is limited to the functionality available within LMS (including Best Practice process and implementation input provided by the client)

o Incremental costs associated with 3rd party software and/or services from these 3rd party providers or others are not foreseen in the Price

§ Notifications

o the client explains how to use/configure LMS notifications and the Customer is responsible to create all necessary mails in the languages needed.

§ Reporting

o Ad hoc reporting will be possible via ORD (Online Reporting Designer). This will be explained in the training so that the Customer can use this SuccessFactors specific reporting tool on top of the foreseen standard reports.

o The specific INFPC report for Luxembourg Government is not delivered by SuccessFactors in the Standard Package, however the client built this specifically for other clients. Therefore this report is included in our scope.

§ Data Migration

o the client shall deliver the standard import template(s) for data uploads and the client shall train Customer to upload data into the Module

o Data extraction from current system, data cleansing and providing data in SuccessFactors format shall be realized by the Customer

o In order to stay aligned with the 2 iterations that we proposed for the LMS module, the data uploads (mainly courses uploads) we also foresee 2 loops of LMS data uploads.

§ The upload will be done by the client for all courses provided in the template by the customer's epb in the different countries. If some country data are missing this can be done in the second loop or for the final upload in production.

§ the client shall assist the Customer especially during the:

§ Initial Project planning/Resource meeting & Project kickoff meeting

§ Trainings

§ All Configuration Requirements workshops

§ First 2 days of Testing (afterwards mainly remote support): Demo + Support testing

§ Go-Live Trainings (TTT-trainings): Reporting training, Module admin training, Security training
