Salesforce Management Consultant - Salesforce.com, Communities, Stakeholder
One of my major clientsis looking for a Salesforce Management Consultant to join their prominent organization on contract in the Netherlands. The role offers attractive pay of €500-£600 per day.
Key Skills and background
- Must have solid process know-how in Customer Relationship Management covering the Marketing, Sales, Sales fulfillment and Service functions (minimum 5 years experience).
- Solid knowledge and experience in various Salesforce.com modules and products is a must for this role.
- Should demonstrate strong knowledge and experience in Salesforce.com integration strategies and boundaries.
- Must have strong experience in realizing solutions using Salesforce.com technologies (Apex, Visualforce).
- Certified Salesforce.com professionals will have a strong advantage in the selection process.
- Must have end-to-end experience in multiple SFDC transformation projects.
- Should have led projects in Agile methodology.
- Knowledge of industry standard framework and best practices, especially with Telecommunications is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Salesforce Communities setup.
- Leadership experience - coaching and managing small teams is an advantage.
- Excellent command of English and Dutch or French Language.
About the role
- Deliver end-to-end Salesforce.com projects with best-of-breed architecture and solutions.
- Prepare blue-print, business architecture, roadmaps and transition plans for large Salesforce.com CRM Transformation programs.
- Anchor business requirements and business process workshops involving seniorstake holders from the customers and partners.
- Advise and recommend client stakeholders on solution and architectural best practices.
- Design cross functional interfaces involving customer stake holders and partners.
- Advise and recommend customers in identifying right App-Exchange and partner solutions.
- Elaboration of documentations, training documents as well as execution of user training.
- Sparring partner for the client and project management responsibilities.
- Recommend implementation of new features and solutions as per the releases.
- Lead and coach a small team of Salesforce.com consultants.
