Connect44 are looking for a Competence Development Consultant in Shenzhen China, 12 month contract. Candidate must speak Chinese.

Job description:

Scope:
1. Engage in end to end talent competence development program with Huawei customer. Analyze customer pain points and talent development needs, promote and customize the talent competence development solutions based on customer demands.
2. Provide pre-sales support, including customer engagement; prepare presentation decks or proposal, conducting feasibility study survey and visiting. As a role of talent competence development solution architect, identify marketing opportunities and propose competitive talent development solutions with all resource and service offers.
3. Improving Huawei Learning Service solution success rates and competence through talent competence development and consulting services, supporting Huawei special projects, Service Sales and Marketing activities and events.
4. Provide suggestion on Huawei competence development service strategy and business planning; optimize existing competence development solution architecture, process, methodology, tool and etc.

Responsibilities:
Build, manage and own the customer relationship, capture customer requirements and analyze customer pain points to identify and agree solution deliverables for engagement.
Provide marketing and sales support to existing and prospective customers globally. Support major marketing events and activities as a subject matter expert.
As a delivery representative role, involved in the project delivery, including conducting survey, writing survey reports, designing implementation solution, leading Learning service team implement it, etc. output the deliverables based on Huawei's customer and Huawei s quality criteria.
Working closely with HQ and Regional service sales teams, promote talent competence development solution within all Service offers providing marketing support and coaching as required. Assist and guide regions to develop long-term marketing strategies.
Produce regular summary reports to Regional and HQ staff of best practice, reference cases, gap analysis, opportunities and key learning from engagements.
Remain current with market trends and developments to identify opportunities and produce quarterly market and Business Intelligence reports.

Required experience and education:
Successful experience in a similar role managing enterprise-wide initiatives,
Consulting experience gained within a telecoms operator or vendor or an industry recognized consultancy practice.
At least 6+ years' experience in learning/ICT industry as HRD or consultant
Proficient in organizational and talent development theory, competence development method and tools.
Bachelor or Master's degree in, instructional/learning design, human resource development, educational technology, communications or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English with a natural ability to communicate complex concepts concisely with clarity and credibility. Fluent Mandarin is preferred.
Able to travel extensively at short notice for extended periods, globally as required. Be willing to travel to underdeveloped regions.
Nationality: Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia and Indonesia, US, Canada, EU regions, Australia are preferred.
