Campaign Manager: Retail: World Leading Oil and Gas co.

A World Leading Oil and Gas Company has an exciting opportunity for a Fuels and Convenience Retail Campaign Manager working in the Brand and Communications Retail UK team.

The Brand and Communications team are responsible for planning, developing and executing the advertising and communications that support the Retail mission at the Petrol Stations. A dedicated team of Marketing Communication Specialists responsible for developing integrated and customer centric communications programmes.

Job Role:

This role is accountable for managing an integrated agency team from brief to deployment, to optimising and reporting results back to the business and focusing within:

Marketing Communications Campaign Management: Integrated 360 Campaign Management: development and deployment of integrated Communication Marketing campaigns for all Fuels and Convenience Retail campaigns; Campaign implementation, monitoring and performance measurement; Motorsports activation Comms development in support of the UK Fuels team

PR Focal Point: for all classical non-digital PR executions including Press Releases, Events and PR activations across all Retail activities

Agency Management and Management of Campaign Agency lead including reporting for Budgets, brand activations and championing new non-traditional Comms activation ideas that go across external and internal Comms.

About You:

Ideally you will have a formal Marketing qualification or an associated Degree

2-5 years experience within Marketing Communications within a dynamic environment

Experience managing, planning and executing Communications campaigns

Good understanding on how agencies operate and how to manage and inter-agency team

Good understanding of Marketing Communications with a focus and expertise on PR

Strong project manager, well organised, results focused, can-do attitude

Previous experience within Retail or Fuels or Motorsport sector helpful

This needs combining with a positive attitude and an ability to work within a large, globally dispersed Purchasing team in a multi-cultural environment. You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
