SAP Business Analyst - SD/O2C/MDG/MM/FI

Leading global pharmaceutical company require and SAP Business Analyst with extensive knowledge of the SD module (including integration with MM and FI) for a long-term contract based in Belgium.

Minimum required skills:

SALES AND DISTRIBUTION KNOWLEDGE:
Excellent knowledge of Order to Cash process in particular and Supply Chain processes in general.
Excellent knowledge of the SAP SD module (Order processing - Delivery processing - Billing) and knowledge of integration points with SAP MM and FI modules.
Minimum 5 years SD configuration Experience.

FUNCTIONAL ANALYSIS:
Ability to analyze business requirements for OTI solutions, make a high level design and estimates, write detailed functional specifications. Prepare and hand-over/discuss development requests to an offshore technical team.

SAP-MDG (Master Data Governance)
Sufficient SAP-MDG experience to be able to do a assessment/prototype/blueprint on SAP-MDM implementation for an existing SAP platform

INTERFACING
Extensive experience with interfacing to external systems (EDI/file/IDOC transfer) for orders, deliveries, invoices, warehouse integrations and flows between SAP systems. Knowledge of interfacing via Webmethods.

TESTING AND ISSUE SOLVING
Ability to translate functional and technical designs in appropriate test scripts and identify test cases to test the solution. Execute testing with precision, analyze issues and propose a solution. Good knowledge on ABAP coding and able to perform debugging independently.

BUSINESS FACING PROJECT EXPERIENCE
Excellent knowledge of English (verbal & writing) required.
Business facing communication skills: ask the right questions about business processes in order to come to system requirements. Explain the functional design to a business audience.
Experience in project work in a team, work against a project plan with milestones. Ability to coordinate solution design between the functional, technical and integrating teams.
Ability to work independently on tasks and report on ETC.
Ability to work on several small to medium sided projects at the same time.

Desired skills:
* Experience with working in an international environment, with key users located across the EMEA region.
* Experience with working in a virtual team & collaboration with off-shore ABAP team.
* Knowledge of the SAP cross system flow of goods solution & APO global ATP check
* Familiar with formal change management and System Development Life Cycle & AGILE methodology
* Tool knowledge: testing tool HP Quality Center, documentation tool DocSpace
* As part of Business IT Unit for Commercial Delivery (area: Order-to-invoice), perform
* Project assessments for a wide range of small and medium sized project requests: based on high level user requirements, provide a high level design and effort estimate. The type of projects varies from implementations of new business flows, warehouse integrations, EDI setup,
* Detailed User Requirements analysis and requirements documentation. Note: this is a customer facing position. The candidate should be able to communicate on and ask the right questions about business processes in order to come to system requirements.
* Detailed Functional design and Functional Specification documentation, including customizing. Explain the functional design to a business audience in workshops.
* Test planning and test script writing. Support users during User Acceptance Testing.
* Coordinate between the functional, technical and integrating teams (for example WebMethods team), report on issues, progress, scope variances, ETC
* Give third line support for complex issues
