As a Sales Recruitment Account Manager, This role has been divided in two parts. You will need to make qualified sales appointments for field based recruitment consultant using both market intelligence information and cold calling (telephone) methods. You will need to support the Sales Consultants with sales appointment and quotation management. The role will be 85% on the telephone so you will need to be able to demonstrate have a proven track record in this field.This requires result oriented candidate.
In this role you will be responsible for:
This is more of sales side rather than head hunting. We are looking for business account manager who can bring the business to us.
-Sourcing vacancies
-sales call and fixing appointment
-Business to Business sales
-Work on sales targets
-Advertising
-Interviewing and matching candidates to vacancies that match their skills
-The development of new business
-Client visits (sometimes if required)
-The continued strengthening of existing client relationships
-Training junior consultants

The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with our candidate and client database. Ideally educated to degree level, candidates need to be engaging, persuasive, vibrant and charismatic with a strong personality and an assertive nature. The ability to demonstrate a high level of motivation and drive to earn will be obvious, as well as the ability to fit into a highly motivated and activity focused sales team environment.
