Description
As part of the "Smart users' and some maintenance tasks, you have the full technical responsibility for the success of the chosen design, construction, implementation and integration in the system for a technical specialization.
Tasks You are responsible for the continuity of reporting in MIG4 and the transition to MIG6 and maintenance orders (for the Management Client Operation) within the service data and correction management market data:
- Based on the reporting needs you work the data model in accordance with the Eandis BI regulations. Here you make the correct evaluation which can be delivered from the standard business content.
- You are responsible for creating/testing/documentation of standard business reports.
- You are responsible for the technical implementation of SAP BO BI documents.
- You take care of the necessary based on pre-defined analyzes. You make sure to follow the proper parameters within our monitoring so that any errors are immediately visible so that the agreed service levels can be achieved.
- You keep the documentation up to date.
- You are responsible for the successful implementation of requested changes (Maintenance).
- You are responsible for the life cycle management and updates/upgrades of an existing BW environment.
- You assist in the development of extractors on the SAP source systems.
- You make functional analysis/specifications and discusses them with the various stakeholders (you also ensures the validation of the documents).
- You will assist the team lead data management and correction in resolving issues.
- Based on your expertise make improvement proposals within the BI framework of the project.
- You will assist the BI team to solve maintenance contracts and incidents within the BI domain.
Expected knowledge - Knowledge of SAP reporting tools such PE 4.0.
- Demonstrated knowledge of SAP BO Data Services 4.0.
- Knowledge of BI monitoring and reporting facilities.
- Knowledge of Oracle as a source system for BI/SAP BO 4.0.
- Knowledge of the market processes.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Knowledge of the changes being introduced in the market processes under MIG6 and its impact on the role of the network operator is a plus.
