Description
To work as a member of a collaborative project team to design, build and implement the architecture, systems and processes that will provide Governance, Project Controls Support and analysis of risks and opportunities to the Senior Programme Managers to enable them to actively manage and control the programme within cost and schedule.
Core Duties
- Development of the specification and requirements of a Joint Risk and Opportunity Management System
- Development of a common approach to identify and manage risk within the Alliance.
- Development of the Alliance Risk and Opportunity Management Plan and associated process including those required to provide programme assurance.
- Build and implementation of a joint risk register
- Development of risk analysis methodologies for programme management and governance including Schedule and Cost Risk Analysis (SRA and CRA)
- Work together with other project workstreams to ensure integration between cost, schedule, risk and project controls.
