- Responsible for SAP HCM Architecture - core components
- Proven experience deploying SAP HCM Solutions for global companies
- Co-ordinate and participate in blueprint design sessions
- Support the business cases for new SAP HR Developments
- Provide a single point of contact with other teams for Success Factors solution design
- Good English communication skills
- Experience in global template rollouts an advantage
