Our client, a globally recognised company are seeking a Marketing Programs Manager to join their team in Reading.

This job sits as part of our Marketing and Operations division. They are responsible for CRM and ERP software and services. They help organisations run more efficiently and engage customers in diverse and innovative ways. Our aim is to be at the heart of every business.

The marketing programmes manager is a key role, working with everyone in the team to help us execute effectively and efficiently. You will work with the product marketing managers in the team, and with a wide range of people across marketing as well as the customer and partner segments.

Deliverables Summary:

  • Be responsible for running on-going marketing programmes for the team, including sales and marketing programmes to build pipeline.
  • You will need to make sure we are on track to deliver the desired results and effectively managing costs and reporting results.
  • Work with our Partner Sales Team to co-ordinate events, readiness activities and ongoing channel communications.
  • Manage the marketing budget for the team, responsible for tracking spend and ensuring we are reporting accurately.
  • Be the team lead for marketing payments and compliance.
  • Act as the interface between the team and the small and medium business (SMB) marketing team, particularly focusing on marketing through our partners.
  • Deliver comprehensive reporting to enable performance tracking of our marketing activity and to derive insight and inform our plans
  • Support the team with business reviews, coordinating content creation and ensuring we submit on time.

Knowledge, skills and experience:

  • Highly organised and able to manage your time across multiple projects and priorities with a high attention to detail.
  • Marketing experience
  • Excellent collaboration skills; experience of working with others in a Matrix organisation.
  • Able to communicate complex information in a professional manner to people internally and externally.
  • Highly motivated individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and willing to take on new challenges.
  • Good financial acumen with the ability to manage budget effectively and make decisions about how to best spend available budget.

Desirable experience

  • Knowledge of the IT or Business Applications industries
  • Experience of working with channel partners on co-marketing execution
