Description
For our Client in the technology industry we are looking for a SAP Specialist with experience in SAP Hana/Sybase.
Start: ASAP
Duration: 3 months (possibility of an extension)
Language: English (good knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus)
Location: Brussels
Our clients SAP team is in support of more than 500 SAP systems running on AIX (Oracle and DB2). This person will be integrated in the 3rd Line Support team and will participate actively in the coordination, support and deployment of projects. He/she will perform enhancement support package installations, upgrades and migrations of SAP systems and will give support to our customers.
Within this role flexible working hours are possible (different Shifts between 07:00h and 19:00h), in addition to working outside business hours, including weekends. Yet participation in on-call rotation is required.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Sybase, SAP HANA (must), SAP ABAP, SAP BO suite, and Java technology is a prerequisite for the job.
- SAP ERP, BW, APO, SOLMAN, SAP BWA, Enterprise Portal, SAP Content Server high skills are required
- SAP Basis technology consultant with a minimum of 10 years of experience
- Profound knowledge of SAP Net Weaver basis layer
- Experience with support packages, enhancement packages, installations and upgrades
- Experience with Unicode migrations and OS/DB migrations

- Project management skills to lead and coordinate transfer projects of additional work from local to IDC
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Discrete, patient, immune to stress, pro-active, problem solver and end-to-end responsibility are key
- Fluent in English, both writing and speaking. Good knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus
